MovGif

“MovGif” (the “App”) respects your privacy and provides the service with care for personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Collection of personal information

The App does not collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.

You do not need to register or create an account to use the App.

2. Handling of videos and photos

The App uses videos and photos you select only to create GIFs.

That data is processed on your device and is not sent to servers we operate or to third-party servers for conversion.

We do not use your selected media for purposes other than providing GIF creation and related features.

Sharing uses the iOS share sheet. Sending to a destination is your action; we do not receive the content.

3. Access to information on the device

The App uses iOS Photos library access to select videos/photos and to save created GIFs.

Photo access is limited to what the App needs to provide its features.

You can change Photos access in your device Settings.

4. Provision to third parties

Because the App does not collect personal information, it does not provide personal information to third parties.

5. Advertising

The App uses the third-party ad service Google AdMob.

A rewarded ad may appear when you create a GIF. Buying Remove Ads turns that ad off.

Google AdMob may collect and use IP address, device identifiers, ad-related data, app usage, and diagnostics for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

6. In-app purchases

The one-time Remove Ads purchase is processed through Apple’s App Store.

We do not receive payment details such as credit card numbers. Purchase status is verified on device using Apple’s purchase information.

7. Storage and deletion

GIF creation runs on your device.

Created GIFs are saved to Photos only when you choose to save.

You manage or delete saved GIFs yourself in Photos or similar apps.

Temporary files made during creation stay on device for processing and are not sent to our servers.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy for legal or product changes.

The updated policy applies when posted on this page.
